Hi guys, I just recently rented a dedicated server through gameservers.com, but I can't seem to figure out how to install mods, I've read the hosthavoc guide but its not making much sense to me, or I am doing something wrong. Can someone who has rented an ARK Server through gameservers.com help me figure this out? I know where to "go" to install the mods, but they never seem to install at all. oh and on a seemingly unrelated note, my teamspeak server that is hosted from the same machine goes up and down. one day ill be able to connect just fine, then a few hours later no one can connect to it, then magicly a few days later we can connect to ts server again. no port config or anything changes and the port config for it is correct. not sure if that sheds any light on rcon issue if they are related. The is my 2nd host company I've used, and Host Havoc by far has been the superior company in all aspects of customer service! Every ticket sent in has been answered in a timely manor to keep my server up and running. I will never go with another server host! Host Havoc is the company to use for your server needs! I have downloaded the map and added it to first on Active mod list on gameusersetting.ini. When i try to connect on the server it always says Network failure. I tried it with default The Island map and then server work just fine , so it has to be something to do with that custom map and settings. Any help please?
